We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

However, custom-made items (for example, made specifically for an artist) and all Limited Edition pieces are non-refundable. These are one-of-a-kind items made exclusively, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Right of withdrawal process

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 2 days of receipt without providing a reason.

1. Conditions:The withdrawal period begins the day your order was delivered (according to PostNL or UPS Track & Trace).
2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging when returned.Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
3. After receiving and inspecting your return, the refund will be processed within 14 days

 

Refund proces

Overview:
1. Send an email to kikayclothing.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return -within 7 days of receiving the product, based on UPS tracking or equivalent.
2. You will receive the return address and further instructions from us.
3. Return the item(s) within 48 hours after registering your return.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Limited editions and or collaborative designs), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
